Hey everyone. Thanks so much for following me over here. I won’t be able to stay at this site for long, I just wanted to grab something quickly before Pittwatch.com disappears completely so that we can stay in touch.
I’m currently researching options for a new home. Unfortunately after having lost my jobs when b5 shut down our entertainment blogs, my budget is very tight so I’m not sure where I will end up. I won’t be here for long though, but at least I’ll be able to point you to a more permanent home soon.

But I have to admit, I will miss your site, there was just no other place like it. I can get pictures at other places, but most places have ugly comments.

My job was an online media writer for b5media and PittWatch was one of several blogs that I wrote. It was the one I started with and I was hired because of my obvious enthusiasm for Brad and Angelina.
Unfortunately today b5 shut down all its entertainment blogs with no warning whatsoever and that wiped out four sites that I wrote – Pittwatch as well as blogs about Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and American Idol.
It’s kind of left me in the lurch.
I’ve purchased a Brad and Angelina related domain name but I currently can’t afford hosting so I’m not sure what will happen. I’m trying to fix it as soon as I can.

Why can’t you stay here?
Babs – to be really blunt, the reason I can’t stay here is monetary reasons. WordPress.com doesn’t allow me to put any ads up. I can’t possibly devote the attention that I did to the site before if I can’t make some sort of income. My sites helped pay for my family’s rent and groceries for our kids. Without it I need to find other work and won’t be able to update here very often.
Once I get my domain up and running I can install the blog there and then put ads which will hopefully bring in a bit of an income for me.
Otherwise I just can’t.
I don’t know if this is any comfort to you Sherry but you are considered a leading voice by fans of the JoliePitts. I have no doubt we’ll stay YOUR fans too no matter where you go.
Neil – I’m really emotionally vulnerable right now – I’ve put three years of passion into that site, often working seven days a week, getting up in the wee hours when they were in Japan so I could cover it first, etc etc and it’s so hard that it was just snapped away from me. So because of that, your comment made me cry. Seriously made me cry. But in a good way. Thank you so much.
And thank you to everyone who has taken the time to come over. I have registered the domain although it won’t be live for at least 24 hours. I’m also working with a wonderful friend from the same network who is offering to host my domain so hopefully I’ll be up and running by the weekend, or next week at the latest.
Thank you so much for your patience. I love writing about Brad and Angelina but the thing that made me fall in love with PittWatch was the incredible community that thrived in the comments and that was because of all of you. PittWatch never would have been what it was without you.
Please just bear with me for the next few days until I can get settled. In the meantime, feel free to share links in comments to anything new that you find about our favorite celeb family.

Yeah we sure will follow her, always. I need a writer who actually cares about these people, and will provide a friendly and fair place for the fans. Too many other places only care about the amount of comments and drama they can get. And it always leads to hatred and ugliness.
I hope you realize that so many people really appreciate all of your hard work Sherry. Brad and Angelina have been my favorite celebrities for years, and it is really wonderful to have a safe and friendly place to meet and talk to others who care for them too. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Neil is correct about you being the “voice” for the Jolie-Pitts. I hope advertisers flock to your new site and your income shoots through the roof!
Lena suggested on the old pittwatch that we contact b5media and let them know how we feel about what has happened to Sherry. I feel bad for not thinking of this myself. As long as it won’t make matters worse for her, I suggest we all take the time to do that. She’s devoted so much time to make their site a wonderful place, and to remove it without even a warning was a slap in the face. It wasn’t even like she did this for fun, it was a way for her to help provide for her family. Considering everything she has done for us (and b5media..!) its the least we can do for her.

It’s important to remember that Jared does not moderate comments the way Sherry does, and rotten things are said there. I avoid them, but it would be great if people left the link to this site in the comment sections. There are a lot of fans that do go to his blog and would probably enjoy a safe site to visit.

It was two different occasions. I think Brad and Pax went somewhere and back to their hotel.
Angie with a suit had a meeting with filmmakers or she had a rehearsal and back to their hotel with the director and the cinematrographer. Depp needs to promote Alice In Wonderland . He will be busy until March.

Angie’s new hairdo looks great on her! I’m so thrilled they took Pax out alone, I’m sure he needed to be individualized and their parents noticed!
This is very sad news for all of us JP fans. Sherry you’ve always had an outstanding site and for them to cut you like that really sucks. Will always be a follower wherever you go, if you need fans to send money please just tell us where.
It just breaks my heart to see such a sweet dear JP supporter get treated this way.

Sherry- I have a very stressful job and life…the only solace I found was through pittwatch…it was so bad that if an employee came in my office and saw pittwatch on my computer screen…they knew to back out the door and knock before reentering. I liked that your site was light, supportive and showed a beautiful family juggling the same daily grind I do (minus the nannies). The energy you give out is the energy you will get in return. Can you start a facebook page?? We will all become fans.

sunny- From what I’ve read, the J-Ps are staying in a rented house in Italy, not a hotel.
Romina- I’m sure they’ve taken Pax out alone before and the paps just haven’t happened to catch them. They’ve alluded in interviews to the fact that there ARE places they can go and not be photographed (one example is when they visit Brad’s family in Missouri. Apart from the photos of them at a Chuck E Cheese’s there in January 2008, I don’t think we’ve ever seen them photographed there.

Anyway, this next part is speaking generally (in otherwords, it’s not aimed at you, Romina!
): Why is it that people always express concern about Pax rarely being seen out alone with Angie and/or Brad, but no one seems to have a problem with the fact that neither Zahara nor Shiloh are seen out alone with their parents very much, either (most of the time, we see Zee and Shi out together with Angie and Brad, or out with Angie, Brad, Maddox, and Pax)?
I’m not saying people should have a problem with that by any means. I’m simply wondering about why there seems to be a bit of a double-standard going on when it comes to Pax not being seen out alone with Angie and Brad much vs. the two older girls not being seen out alone with Angie and Brad.
All of that said, in regards to the site: I hope you’re able to get the new domain up soon, Sherry.
